Q. I'm interested in catering an event, what do I need to do?

A. Completion of an Event Questionnaire (EQ) is required for all events. The EQ can be found on our CATERING page. Once completed, email the EQ to WORLDPLATECaterer@gmail.com (for events in Flagler County and Volusia County) or WORLDPLATEStAugustine@gmail.com (for events in St Johns County and Duval County).

Q. After submitting my EQ, how do I schedule a phone call or meeting to discuss my event?

A. A team member will contact you by email within 24-48 hours of receiving your EQ to schedule a phone call to discuss menu options, budget, logistics and answer any questions you may have. Please note all phone calls are scheduledPlease be sure to check your spam folder for the email.

Q. Do you have staff that can oversee my event?

A. Yes, we have experienced servers and bartenders.

Q. Do I have to leave a deposit for my catering order? 

A. Yes, an RTD (reserve the date) deposit is required for all catering orders. A fillable credit card

authorization form can be found on our CATERING page located near the order form. We also accept payment via Zelle. Contact us for details. Please note all orders are confirmed once a deposit has been provided. Should the Event be postponed or cancelled, the deposit(s) will be applied towards a future catering order placed within six (6) months of the initial Event date. All catering orders must be submitted via an Order Form (found on the website). Emails and phone calls placed with an order will not be accepted.

Q. Does your company provide dinnerware, glassware, linen, tables and chairs and any other event rental?

A. Yes, our sister company, WORLD PLATE Events offers a variety of event rentals, decor packages and event planning. The showroom is located at 247 San Marco Avenue in St Augustine.  Q. Are you able to provide alcohol for my event?

A. Yes, we are licensed and insured and able to offer full bar service provided you order from our catering menus. All bar packages offer full bar setup, glassware, napkins, bar accessories, and much more. BAR CATERING | WORLD PLATE FL

Q. Do you deliver?

A. Yes, we deliver to Duval County, St Johns County, Volusia County and Flagler County. Delivery fee varies depending on location. We also offer delivery with setup.

As of December 1, 2024, we will apply a discount to all catering orders paid via Zelle (business account) or check.
